Maintenance of ponds, water control structures and other common features can be daunting to homeowners associations. JCM can handle this maintenance as well as pest control and landscape maintenance with environmental sensitivity. Since we are on site anyway we can also give individual homeowners special prices on landscape maintenance.

JCM Environmental can control pests in an environmentally sensitive manner (Integrated Pest Management). Phragmites, mosquitoes, geese, seagulls, pigeons, multiflora rose and many more species. We are licensed for land an aquatic spraying when chemicals are the best solution.

JCM can write land and water management plans for developers, land owners and homeowners associations. These plans detail the goals and methods for land management to make sure that Open Spaces and Natural Areas are managed correctly.

Construction Review
JCM can review contract documents, proposals and oversee site work in order to ensure that construction and management work is conducted in accordance with land management plans and in an environmentally sensitive manner. JCM can also suggest more environmentally sensitive solutions to problems.
