JCM Environmental Land Management is a Division of JCM Environmental Consultants. The partners and employees in JCM Environmental have many years experience in environmental studies, site design and management and permitting. Dave Saveikis, with 27 years experience at DNREC with the last 7 years heading up the Mosquito Control Division, heads up the Land Management Division and is based in JCM's Georgetown Delaware Office.
